The service / people were wonderful, friendly and so helpful. A great place to stay for the things that really matter.

There is construction at the back of the hotel at the moment and it's noisy during the day but we were out and about so it didn't effect us too much.

Very easy to find food to eat just only opposite is the restaurant.

No lift if stay in higher floor you must use the stairs only.There is no shampoo,toothbrush and shower cap.Hot water for shower in the toilet only can last for 5-8 minutes.No provide mineral water.

Location was ok.

Freezing cold room. Air-con was only blowing cold air and the staff did not have any heaters. They very kindly provided extra blankets, but it was still uncomfortable to stay in the room during the day. There was a lot of noise outside due to building works nearby. At the end, I had to check out after my first night and stay the second night in a different hotel. I would only recommend this hotel in summer season when it is warm enough in the room.

The location, right next to plenty of good restaurants and the citadel. Great view from the balcony. Staff was friendly.

Bed sheets were always humid, mostly because so was the city itself! Toilet clogged a few times. Breakfast (included) was not satisfactory so we enjoyed the very good restaurants around the hotel. Be prepared to walk a few stairs since there is no elevator and floors go up to the forth floor.

Good location, close to sightseengs and nice restaurants, friendly personal.

Room was not completely clean. You can hear all the sounds of the hotel and the street through the thin doors and windows.
